Mr. Shukla is a Global Digital Transformation Leader who has helped scale one of the largest lifestyle Retail manufacturer, while building an award winning state-of-the-art e-Commerce platform, building several products including Market Places. These products have won several awards globally for the Best e-Commerce Platform, Best User Experience and Best Market Places. In 2024, he was recognized by Asia Leadership Federation as the Digital Transformation Leader of the Year. Mr. Shukla has also helped Indian Govt. By launching the Skill India Portal (PMKVY 2.0), the most coveted state-of-the-art Skill Platform.

Having worked in North America, China & India, Mr. Shukla is very well versed with Global Delivery Models, and brings hands-on Digital Technology experience to this role. He also has first hand experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Health Care and Life Sciences industries.

Mr. Shukla is an expert in managing large Offshore & Onsite Delivery Teams across India, APMEA , North America, Europe and Africa. He is an expert in setting up large deliveries within Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC) across various Indian Cities. He has managed large and Global Delivery Teams where the deal size was more than US $ 100 Million. Mr. Shukla has also managed 100+ Countries while leading top 20 Customers within APMEA & Europe.

Prior to founding Digital Quantum, Mr. Shukla held the various leadership positions at CIGNEX (CDO), National Skills Development Corporation (CIO) and YUJ Designs (CTO), apart from leading large Transformation Programs in Capgemini & Cognizant. Mr. Shukla is also a recipient of the Best User Experience Leader award, 2021-22. He holds a Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur, India.
